Gyu-Kaku is an award-winning barbecue concept from Japan. With over 57 locations in the United States and Canada, our mission is to spread the Yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) culture throughout the world. As a junior designer I helped create the main course menus that are in all restaurants, as well as "pop-up" menus or specials, digital and print advertisements, and newsletter announcements.
